After 1 billion years, I finally spurt out a reference for this poor gal.

I changed her a bit from the first time I drew her though... so yeah.

A bit of background information on CC:

CC works from home as an agent for international clients. She manages all the shipping and stuff like that--so she's kinda like the middle man. She lives in a small apartment where she would spend most of the day playing online games, eating, or just never coming out into the daylight. She has a twin brother who's name is also CC, but he lives elsewhere with his own place. CC is very shy around new people and is blushing all the time. Probably fails at social life too.

She loves to dress up in cute clothing, eat donuts, and take pictures of her squinty dark eyes.

She's also good friends with Kat,  Black-Kat 's OC.
