"There are two kinds of art. There's the stuff in museums... it's pretty, and it makes you think. Then there's what I do... it's rough, it's urban, but it makes you *feel*. Dig me?"
Being the sister of the popular and talented Norma Lee (known in the club circuit as DJ AnormaLee), some expected her to take to music and the scene once she was old enough for that sort of thing. Rebecca turned out to not be the sort for backbeats and turntables, although she did take a liking to brushes and sketching tables. Obviously an artistic talent, it seemed she would find her own little niche in life.
And then she was arrested just after finishing a massive tag on the side of an abandoned building with the help of a few friends. While she wasn't charged with anything (the cop figured she was just along for the ride), it wouldn't be her first run-in with the law. Rebecca had taken to guerilla art in general -- from graffiti to posters to even planting berries in completely random, unexpected places -- and her penchant for late nights and activities of dubious legality had gotten her in a few close scrapes, but she's yet to have been caught since the first incident. Sure, she might've swept the feet out from under a cop with her tail once, but she panicked. Honest!
Of course, Rebecca has the sense to separate the school side of her from her second life as reveLEEtion, even if that means lots of energy drinks and the occasional nap during a class she's already passing (as she's a surprisingly good student). During the day, she's friendly, if prone to periods of just observing things or scribbling something in a small sketchbook. At night, she's quiet and alert, always in a hoodie and always prepares to work quick and leave fast -- often, all that's left behind when the fuzz shows is a quick stencil of her Dunsparce-tail personal logo.
As a fighter, she's decidedly all-around, but is quite handy with her tail and uses it outside of her special attacks to trip up and push around opponents.
