Hooooo boy this is going to get me into some deep shit trouble, but the idea of this rant art just was too good to pass up.

There is two sides of what I see as the Confederacy of Dunces. The Mary Sue Hunters, who's champion site is Fanfiction.net, crusade with the passions of the Spanish Inquisition against anyone who dares dirty their pure canon and set up rules like only white weak fragile women are allowed. These characters are so fragile that men have to have babies in their place. The other is the Social Justice Warriors who champion stereotypical amazonian characters, set upon collumns so high it would black out the sun itself. If one character has even one flaw it is chaotic heresy, on with the Tumbler Exterminatus. Both sides fold into this confederacy working against everyone in fiction trying to earn their living or just create to create.

To me both sides are silly, dangerous to creation in a whole really but that is just me as they caused me to burn out on art multiple times. Can't stop them, but I can make fun of them.

A silly note that is me, or a caricature of me. I was inspire to do something along the lines of R. Crumb when I did this rant art as I did not want to be one of those artist that created a prettier, cleaner version of themselves. I aimed hopefully for one like those old school Marvel artist like John Buscema.
