Backing track by Prosource Studio Musicians and purchased on iTunes. Original song by The McCoys.
Roger and Birch talk further, then Birch invites Roger to the evening concert.
This song is why I set this at the Ohio State Fair. If you know ANYTHING about Columbus Ohio, it's that they are crazy for the Ohio State Buckeyes. And one song that is played at every single football, and likely basketball, game is this song.

Thank you!
I was fortunate enough to find a particular sound track of an audience from the end of an opera, with swells in the cheering, which I used effectively for the Feelin' Groovy segment.
The one for Hang On Sloopy is a combination of:
1) General crowd cheering,
2) Rhythmic clapping, edited to match the rhythm of the song, and
3) A you tube recording of an Ohio State game crowd chanting O-H-I-O, again edited to match the song rhythm.
I may eventually put all of these chapters on a web page in such a way as to allow the listener to turn in on and have the chapters play in order in the background of whatever else they are doing. If I can get it so it works on cell phones too, even better. Then you can have an audio story to listen to on those long drives to and from furry conventions.

Admittedly, I was having a hard time accepting Roger's sincerity. As he said himself, (paraphrasing,) even criminals found his behavior unacceptable.
But it seems Birch has finally been able to forgive him, which I image will do wonders for the healing process for both of them.
And I'm wondering what all of his sketches look like.

I might be horrible for not believing Roger. I don't know if reusing subjects in a better light is therapeutic or not. I guess that shadow of a person is as detachable as a shadow itself, no one can fully escape their past. I can't say whether Birch's encouragement to Roger is going to help or not. Roger did serve his punishment throughout the rest of his life though. I'll hope for Rogers' sake that he's as reformed as Birch.
