This image depicts one of the 'Super City Clusters' of the northern hemisphere, this set in particular binds the capital city (Callistera) to the Planet Zoken-Amatheya via space elevator. This SCC is called Zokanwereru "Our Stairway".

These super city clusters are burrowed beneath many kilometers of permafrost, concealing an interwoven web of many thousands of years of tunnels and other infrastructure. The buildings that appear on the surface are the largest in the super structure and are built to withstand the harsh frozen winds of Zoken-Amatheya, seemingly countless vents cool the interior and refresh the air. The many antennas and sensors intercept wireless communication and absorb magnetic energy with the help of rotating Electro-Magnetic Relay Spheres orbiting above each city. These spheres are connected to the wireless EMPEG (Electro-Magnetic Planetary Energy Grid). This supplies the many cities on the planet with clean and near-limitless energy from Artificial Magnetar Power Stations positioned across the globe.

Each Super City Cluster is connected together in the colder regions of Amatheya via 'The Great Artery Highways' and the old EM Railways. Cargo ships supply the cities of Zoken-Amatheya with exotic goods from the warm, wet equator and from star systems across the Empire.
