A drawing I did for my friend of her pokemon trainer OC, and her Joltik. I decided I'd sort of make one up to go along with them, so I have a trainer who has an overly friendly growlithe who drools all over and licks everything and everyone.
I guess this is how these two met. He just couldnt keep that excited growlithe under control and it leaned over and licked Kry's Joltik. xDD
