For those that don't know, Dirtbag is from the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure line. He's one of Shredder's cronies and he is a mole, although, the figure had me wondering because it really doesn't look like a mole at all. ( Moles don't have tails like that, do they? ) I started to wonder if he was a groundhog but once again, the INTERNET proved me... ummm... well, it showed me THE WAY. ALL BOW DOWN TO THE GLORY OF THE INTERWEB! I GIVETH THEE MINE LIFE EVER SO THUSLY!!!!!!
* ahem * Anyhoo, Dirtbag is a mole and he's done dug him up some pests. I've had this idea sitting on my brain for a while. I need to lighten up on my colors though. I keep getting too dark.
OH! And never fear, the 'lil Diglett is gonna be ALLLLLLLLLLLLLright.

YES!! Another figure from my top five favorite Turtle figures! Dirtbag may even be in my top three.
I was so upset when my grandparents dog chewed on my Dirtbag figure's foot. I rescued him before he got too chewed up, but still. Why couldn't it have been...Ray Fillet? She could have devoured him.
It's always the favorite ones that get broken, isn't it?

EEK! That's awful. I remember when my sister's original Princess Leia ( and later mine ) got in the mouth of the neighbor's dog. Luckily it only bent her nose & Mom was able to rearrange it back to normal. It got my Vader too now that I think about it. Mom made a felt cape for him ( cuz they were these odd vinyl things back then ).
I like Ray Fillet. :D
I feel a tad strange though cuz I was starting high school when I got into turtles and comics and stuff. I sorta naturally became one of those guys that bought action figures in my.... post-childhood years.

The neighbors dog had a thing for Princess Leia, eh?
Well, okay, I like Ray Fillet enough to own him.
But given the choice as to which Turtles figure of mine I'd rather become a chew toy...
I'm afraid Ray would be the one thrown to the wolves, err, schnauzer.
I accidentally broke the arm off my favorite Battle Beast figure too. The worst part about that was that it was my fault. I couldn't blame the dog, I could only get mad at myself (which I did).
Trying to figure out how old was I when I got into Turtles? Hmm, about nine or ten or so, I guess. I'm sure I was still playing with them in at least the first year of middle school. Maybe not. But I do remember thinking, I must be too old to playing with action figures by now. Maybe I wasn't?
Another figure I really liked, who wasn't TMNT but got included with them because he was the same scale, was Al Negator from "Bucky O'Hare and the Toad Wars". I thought he was cool looking. Purple mercenary alligator, how can you go wrong?
Sorry, going off on a tangent again.

Heh, I have a few Battle Beasts. I always liked the snake guy.
I was about... 13 or 14 when I got into the comics which was either in '87 or '88. As I got older, I wound up buying more action figures.
I do have all of the first series of Bucky O'Hare figures too. And yeah, Al Negator was a fave of mine. I always thought Bucky himself was a cool figure as well.

And both Dirtbag and Groundchuck were in here too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8xB5OWyqq1I
