my ref was photos of skinned bats from many sources. I had to eyeball most of the structure. Did find a good ref of the muscle groups as well. People have a hard time seeing pictures of dead animals, but that is the only way to get good ref's and improve on anatomy skills and understanding. when it's hunting season, I always take photo ref's of animals for structure reference, also for photo manipulation. Don't worry, I eat what is killed ;). Never kill animals for trophy only for food or, if the government needs a population control through fish and game.
