Veggies can make for a nice garnish, or perhaps a stuffing. But meat is the best part. :) One should always start with a few cows, and move their way up the food chain.

It is a good concept. *rubs his chin* I know someone RLwise who swears by it, though says it's also hard to keep up.

Helium is good if you don't mind the added size *grin*

Just make sure you don't mix helium with hydrogen. Especially if you are a dragon. Just one uncontrolled one sneeze and BANG!!!
