It looks like Gill Grunt is hugging Fryno for having a new swimsuit! Reason why Fryno's hair wasn't in there? Well I have a little head canon saying he has dirty blond hair, but he hides it when he's wearing his helmet, and even wearing his pail when he's Flip Flop Fryno.
