birthday today, So this little scene popped into my head.
Star is about as artistic as a dead rock, in fact I thnk My 1 year old squirrel girl, Gem can probably draw better than Star. LOL
Star is good at lots of stuff but drawing really isn't one of them, but she kinda wants to draw Marina a birthday pic, So Marina said she would help out and give Star some drawing lessons. Obviously first drawing lessons have to be done with crayons, then you get to progress to coloured pencils and finally felt tip pens. Gotta have something to aim for.
(I was determined to get at least one of my friends birthday pics out on time)
Anyway Is a very talented artist and one of the ones I really look up to here on this site, not just for her artistic skills but her attitude and personality too and well...i'm looking forward to my trip to Atlanta in Sept/October when I get to meet her. So anyway Happy 31st birthday Marina. I hope you have a lovely day.

Oh, but this brings back an awkward memory. I had enough of that when my sisters dressed me up in a number about like Star's when I was 3. I can't recall much of it so I'm relying on what my mother and sisters told me. Que sera sera. Wish I was half the hand you and several others are here artistically, though I might be on par with Star's talent. In any event, another adorable piece.
Ooh you really do do art classes?!? Lol no I didn't know that *LAFFIN* Well I know life has been particularly stressful recently for you and I admire people who do stuff that scares them you know, not letting the fear dictate what you can achieve. So I know this birthday is gonna be a strange one for you but I hope it's a lovely day and that there's lots of people here rooting for you.
