Yes, I noticed it later. I never realized it when I took the pictures.
But then again, that's a 3:5 flag, and the Union Jack's official proportions should be 1:2. Also, a real Union Jack should have rope and toggle, and not grommets like that one. The Pantone tones also seem to be off a little...
