Piano performance of a SaGa Frontier piece.
The original work is composed by Kenji Ito. I acquired the sheet music here. Every track from the game is available!
The intended tempo for this track is almost double what's played here. I think I speed up by the end of the recording, but imagine all of the mistakes if I tried to play at twice the speed! Maybe sometime soon. Enjoy in the meantime, it's nice to have something a little more jazzy under my belt.
Oh, throat-clearing in the intro is entirely necessary btw

Ever checked out 7th Saga, for the SNES? It's another unique gem of an RPG that's unforgivingly difficult, but you get to pick from such characters as a robot that shoots lasers and a Satan goatman. Just another one of those neat titles that kinda got swept under the rug but shouldn't be forgotten.
Yeah, it was really refreshing to learn after doing so many piano basics that go through your regular I-IV-ii-V tropes... When you play a chord, and you're like, "wait, are those really the right notes? Yeah, they are... and they even sound good!"
2:19 is always a fun point to build up to, especially with the triplet emphasis.
