It had happened as they had stood in the queue waiting to be served at the icecream truck. Unable to hold on any longer Star had had no choice but to use the diapers she had been put in for their intended use. She tried to keep her expression neutral, tried to look like nothing was happening as she flooded the thick padding. She hadn't even dared to suggest she was going to use the restroom knowing that the others in her group would simply not allow such a thing, so the best she could do was to use the diaper and be as discreet about it as possible in the hopes no one noticed.

They got to the front of the ice cream queue, Lure ordered a large cone and manda was about to do the same when Teca cut them off.
" uh oh, looks like someone needs her diapers changed"
Star froze, her ears dropped instantly as other people in the queue who had already been giving their little group strange looks started giggling and chatting amongst themselves clearly having overheard Tecas little statement
Teca grabbed Stars crotch and gave it a squeeze
"yep you're soaked kitten, let's get you into something drier shall we" Teca grinned and took the adult lynx by the wrist to pull her towards the baby changing facilities.
"NO wait!" Star yelped blushing furiously as she dug her bootied paws into the grass making it hard to be dragged anywhere.
"I don't want to be changed...I mean I can do it myself.. I...I "
Teca swung round and hefted the smaller corporal over her ahoulder.
"I forgot that kitten isn't that good at walking yet, looks like aunty Teca will have to carry your soggy butt over there huh"

Stars blush deeper as she flailed
"PUT ME DOWN! PUT ME DOWN NOW! GET YOUR PAWS OFF OF ME!"

Teca grinned.
"Well with all that kicking and fussing you're certainly bringing a lot of attention to yourself corporal. I guess I could put you down here and change you out in the open if that's what you would prefer. It was silly of me to assume you would rather be changed in the baby changing facilities where all the other little babies get their wet diapers changed"

Star froze and looked around realising that indeed a lot of other people at the fairground were watching the odd little group make their way to the changing facilities. Stars wet padded butt on show for all to see. Star buried her face in her mittened paws, trying to hide from the humiliation and she fell silent and stopped fussing. She didn't want to be changed out here in front of everyone so she would go along peacefully to the changing room. She hung limp over Tecas shoulder, defeated.

Lure and manda giggled as they fell into step behind teca. Lure licking the icecream he had just gotten.
"poor baby star, she wet her diapees, she's such a babbie" he giggled between licks.
"we should call her soggy star" manda joined in

Teca shot them both a look
"the two of you can talk, lure, you were probably soaked well before corporal kitten here it's just not quite so easy to tell with that outfit you're wearing but I'll be checking you once I've finished with kitten here, and manda I'm sure it won't be much longer before you'll be getting yours changed too, so less of the teasing its not kittens fault she has to use her diapers like the helpless baby she is. But you two are just as much babies as she is"

Lure and Manda both blushed as the four of them entered the baby changing facilities.
