Here is the commission of MLP Princess Celesta I did for Griffin. Like Princess Luna, I had free reign to her however I liked. Looking at other artist renditions of her, I wanted to go in a little different direction. I felt that since she was the Princess of light, I went with a tanner skin tone for her being that was more exposed to the sun than her sister. I wanted to add her favorite Student in the bkg just for kicks.
the glitter in the hair was difficult and had to redo it in Photoshop (that took a whils)
Again most of you may disagree with my approach to her being that I am not a fan of the show, but I do hope that you like it and her sister also.

As for her skin color, some of the early HUman art for her was about 50/50 white or black. Using the same logic of her being the princess of the sun shes going to be tanned, and same wither sister being out at night most of the time she'd be lighter (and also gives her more of a creepy factor even when shes nice shes creepy )
