Far from my best work but it's OK for now.
Krypto accidentally got exposed to red Kryptonite, causing another strange effect on him.
This time, he unwillingly spreads his super strength into any female animal he comes into contact with transforming them into a giant anthro power house of muscle and strength. The longer he is near, the more strength is transfered, making the affected even bigger.
This time, the victim is the Dog Star leader, Brainy Barker, she's not too thrilled being taller than city.
