Allllmost didn't post this. Was totally digging it up until the last 20%, I hate when that happens!

Ah well. I occasionally like to revisit the sort of subjects I drew in high school. Crazy cool dudes singing shitty covers of punk songs, or at least that's how I imagine this.

If your stuff ever got animated, I would watch the hell out of it. It just looks so wonderfully... well, animated, actually! Like there's such a strong suggestion of motion, as if you just took a single frame of a cartoon. It's so cool!

This is like a blast from the past as far as your style goes. I remember when you used to draw this kind of stuff all the time; those little sketches are what inspired me to be an artist in the first place. Seeing this makes me so happy! haha

That was me in high school ^^. Forming a rock band with friends (I played the bass) and covering rock and punk songs, and eventually doing our own. In those days it was so exciting to do such a thing :)
