Ninjasa are pro in the art of stealth and confusion, so her being a heavy set ninja is playing with said confusion art. :P Nobody will expect her to be able to hide somewhere, which leads to their demise..
That or her cleavage might have a permanent Nose Bleeding Genjutsu Technique to it. All in all, this pic is awesome.

Honestly? I don't get ninjas either, so I don't believe the picture needs to be explained. ... but because my mind wanders...
This all depends on if you're going for "story ninjas" or "real ninjas." (insert laugh track about... here)
As far as stories go, you need someone for rear guard. (HAHAHA) Someone who can not dish it out, but take it real good. (HAHAHAH) And my, does she look like she can take it. UGH!
... I could write all the congregated knowledge I have on 'real ninjas'... but I, like every other dork on the net, would get laughed at. So... let's just say she's hot, and keep our hands away from the keyboard.
