This is a 100% plastic badge. It is 3d printed using my printer using some software I programmed and lineart from 
therealurubabe. These come with a badge clip.
I want to take some commissions for these to be delivered at RMFC 2014. (For pickup in the dealers den from therealurubabe who will be at table 49, Urban Coyote Wearz)
These are open for $25 each (or $15 for the first 5 slots for RMFC pickup!) and we have 5 slots for RMFC pickup (may expand if demand is high enough). We also have several slots for shipping which will happen after RMFC. Please note shipping is an additional charge. All art will be done by therealurubabe . You can choose the background color and line color. Here are the colors we have:

You were absolutely correct! I can ship to US/Canada for about $5! Thank you for letting me know that I was going to get ripped off by that shipping company! If you want a badge and have it shipped I'll be charging an even $30 (Still have my $15 RMFC pre-order special) and I've been giving partial refunds to the people I overcharged. Thank you again!

Unfortunately figurines is a whole other ballpark compared to this. I would imagine the time spent in blender or other 3d modeling programs would be really expensive! If you have the 3d model already made I could print it, but a service like shapeways may give you a better deal or more color options!

Stampers being like rubber stamps (push onto ink pads then onto paper to stamp an image)? I would say not very good ones. These are rigid plastic and most stamps are flexible to allow the transfer of ink properly.
If you meant like cookie cutters, I could see them working fine for softer things (like cookie dough!) however it would be a bit more difficult to engineer them as cookie cutters and would cost more than these.
