This is Mydrid as she was when she was created by Dionysus.

She is the first created of the 'Ichor Hounds', guardians of the base of Mount Olympus created by Dionysus.
"On one fateful occasion the Gods of Olympus left the responsibility of guarding their secrets to Dionysus, leaving Olympia entirely to him. Not wanting to bother with staying alert, Dionysus crafted from clay and gold a beautiful woman with the body of a beast to deter curious humans from wandering too close.
Mydrid stood at the base of Olympus but her beauty drew crowds. People coveted her as a gift from the gods and she lacked the knowledge to say otherwise, instead reveling in their adoration. Dionysus misunderstood this as the people worshiping Mydrid herself, and thus grew jealous of his own creation.
In defiance, Dionysus crafted more 'Ichor Hounds', making them angry with faces sculpted in static snarls. These Ichor were feared as the wrath of Mydrid and their rage drove people away. Mydrid, saddened by the loss of her attention, left the base of the mountain to seek out those who once loved her.
Upon finding them, she was trapped and caged. Though people still coveted her beauty, they feared her and vowed to take her beauty for themselves. From Mydrid they pulled the Opals from her tail and the gems from her body. In their fervor they even took her Golden Head, rending it from her shoulders.
From the holes left on her body smoke began to bellow and ink-like wine began to flow. Remorseful of what they'd done to such a beautiful creature, they vowed to return her to Olympus. As they brought her through to the mountain, the Ichor they passed shed their gems and heads in condolences for Mydrid. Dionysus, not recognizing his own creation, banned them from the Mountain and demanded they live among the humans.
Ichor Hounds were considered a blessing as acceptance of apology from Dionysus and were thus heralded as bringers of Good Fortune and a time of Harvest. Houses that left dishes of wine outside found themselves home to Ichor who would imprint on a member of the household and value them entirely."
At some point in her story she becomes inanimate and gets preserved in a museum until someone accidentally spills wine on her and brings her back to life.
