A birthday gift/request from my sister who asked if I'd design her a tattoo of a peacock she planned on geting done in white ink with some color.
the actual tattoo doesnt reflect exactly what I've got here as the tattooist made it a bit more realistic for a tattoo design. He also cleaned it up quite a bit. :P
She's also going with a bit of a bolder color scheme, which I'm also helping her out with.
Did this in late june as her b-day was july 5th.
The idea was to make it feel somewhat like lace.

LOL. I actually love hummingbirds. Interesting fact: For a little while I almost became a tattooist. Only reason it didn't happen is the mentorship I was going to take would've taken too long, and I like..got married instead LOL.

How I did it with my sister is she set me pics of her where the tatt was going to be, so I drew it directly on top of her. I'd do the same for you haha,

No wonders people are asking you for them! You would be a great tattooist! And sure sounds like an interesting way to do it, but also one that would work!

maybe someday I'll get back into it. But man I'm picky if I'm to be mentored the artist has to be amazing.
But yea, someone else recently asked about a tattoo design of a dragon, so maybe I'll open a tattoo design section in my commissions. Would be uber awesome.
