This night was special especially to Rowen as it was the first time in royal presence that he took off his mask. His species, Gaia-kin, are thought to be lower class beings.

Working and protecting the King, he kept his face masked even when not on assignment to keep his true self hidden away due to fear of being cast out.

But thanks to some very helpful and kind words from Tiana, she convinced Rowen to take off his mask and to be proud of who and what he is.
