A flightless dragon design for one of my groups on deviantART.
Not too sure if I'm going to refine it more or not yet.
This dragon lives in the arctic. They are born with small wings, but the wings don't grow and eventually break off. Small nubs form where the wings would be can be found on its back under its fur. This dragon has long arms and claws, can spit freezing water, and has a sleep breath.
