The title is actually referred to a song by Bart Howard, sang by many popular artists such as Frank Sinatra, and used in many versions as ending theme of the anime Neon Genesis Evangelion, which the picture is based on ^^.

good drawing friend,n_n, and i see that Aya watches very good with the suit o the pilot of Evangelion,hehe, the bakcground goes very good with the song that is based,a classic,XD, why i imagine that Ota and Aya would be a relation as Shinji with Asuka?,hehe,XD

I doubt Ota would be like Shinji, they are the complete opposite for almost every aspect (and nobody likes Shinji anyway, is one of the most disliked anime characters of all times) as Aya wouldn't fit Asuka or Rei (The first because is a hot head, the second because is emotionless).
