Vargr is a firm believer in the adage; "First you eat it with your eyes, then you taste it with your mouth." Yesterday, wuff was served this amazing illustration of that concept.
This remarkable expression of artistry in food is a 12 piece Sashimi order from Tomo Sushi in Colorado Springs. This wuff was so taken by the beauty of this dish that he had to share it with his friends and followers here on FA.
Another remarkable element - nearly everything in that bowl is edible; from the bed of translucent daikon radish strings, to the edible flower garnish. Though it would take a more asbestos-mouthed diner than this wuff to finish off that whole pat of wasabi. *grins*
Still, if FA is a place for artistry of all sorts, Vargr thought that this offering of the Itamae at Tomo Sushi definitely qualified as a work of art. And that it deserved recognition.
As for the title - if any food qualified as "sexy", this certainly does. *smiles*

Hehe, they may have to pay wuffy an advertising fee. *giggles* Or wonder why all these furry folk started dropping into their restaurant.
Sadly, not an especially inexpensive place to eat, if you go with the sushi (their other Japanese dishes are quite reasonable). That might dissuade the perpetually under-financed fur crowds. But dishes like this are why you pay more than at your average sushi buffet places.
