It was inspired by a simple story from real life. There was a family with 5-year old girl and preggy dog. That child showed deep care and love for heavy dog and of course was nervous 'bout it's state. She was thinking that her beloved doggy is gonna pop! And when dog finally returned home with all her pups from a vet (he did C-section for her) girl saw big scar on her belly and screamed "So she popped anyway!"
