They are from Dr.Who

I havent watched NEARLY enough Dr Who to even begin to know that!

Yes! Someone said they were beautiful, but the first time I was them in the parade I was just like

That was my reaction when I saw them. It was like...waahh.

They are called The Catkind. In DR Who Lore they were a species of humanoid felines that originated on the planet New Savannah but soon spread across the New Earth Empire. The Sisters of Plenitude (Those in the Picture) ran a hospital near New New York on New Earth. They had cures for nearly every known ailment and were able to heal their patients at a remarkable success rate. Unfortunately, these amazing skills were gained by using thousands and thousands of grown human clones known as "the Flesh". They were infected with every known disease and culled when any began to think. These disease carriers were released by Lady Cassandra and cured by the Tenth Doctor, producing the new humans. The Sisters were arrested by the NNYPD for their crimes. (TV: New Earth)
