Toony head for the wonderful 
endlessnight of their TLK style lion character Endless Night.
They originally commissioned me for a refurb of their old head, but the changes were so extensive that we opted for me to just make a new one.
It was challenging to work within the TLK style, I had a lot of fun with the mane though. I also tried something new for following eyes which I really like. The whole flat inset eyes with corners always bothered me. There's clear vinyl over the eyes and it was requested not to have eye-shines.
The face is foam bit I tried something a little different, so it fits against the face and has elastic straps, like a resin mask. Because of this, the whole mane is only the fur fabric, there's no foam understructure, making it vent much better which will hopefully stop the eye vinyl from fogging up.

I have to admit I'm sad to let my old head go, but I'm really happy to have him more on-model. The mane thing was just a killer for the old look. :/
This mane is just glorious! So excited to get him, Vielen Dank a thousand times for having him done in time for the NSF BBQ!
I know that required squeezing him in.
I'm really curious to see the eyes up close. I'm so attached to my stupid domes, *L* but the coating should be nice and shiney! I may end up kicking myself on the eye shine thing if not. :P
It'll be nice and humid and hot Nova Scotian summer at the BBQ so I'll be able to report back on any fogging or not.
