Just did this to see if I could. I know the pose and scaling sucks. Yes, that is a modded Stallion from GTA: San Andreas. Background is from San Andreas too.
I think this is okay unless I'm understanding the AUP wrong... there is new content here...
But otherwise, Luna looks good in that outfit, IMHO.
If someone knows more about the AUP, please let me know.

4.1 - Screenshots of applications, games (e.g. GMod, Second Life, Minecraft), movies or websites that do not showcase new, original, user-created content are prohibited. The use of in-game resources, such as blocks or purchased parts, to create the aforementioned content is permitted.
