Yes, I am aware of this.
I was making a humorous/sarcastic comment about the literal name of the fast food, which has little to do with its actual meat content. Which I find somewhat funny. I guess it is just me.
There are turkey hot dogs, beef hot dogs, chicken hot dogs, vegan hot dogs, and so forth. But I have not seen hot dogs made from dog, at least in the United States. Thankfully. Yes I am aware that they eat dog in some other nations, although I don't know if they make hot dogs from them.
I'm going to leave the humor to the experts.
