I will also point out that peaches are fantastic when cooked into a curry as they add a sweetness and absorb the curry flavours brilliantly. *hugs*

Well, you could try a simple but delicious Peach Crisp like Vargr's CA friends made from their backyard peach tree: http://boojumbunny.com/forum/view_t.....mp;forum_id=94
Or you could modify wuffy's Summer Fresh Blueberry Pie (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/14177866/) and do Summer Peach Pie with it! Just blanch the peaches in boiling water for a minute, then plunge them into ice water to stop the cooking. That'll make the skins slip right off. Slice them into the baked pie crust instead of the fresh blueberries. Arrange the top layer of slices artfully if you really want to make an impression! *grins* Then just substitute Peach Jello/gelatin for the berry Jello in that recipe, and Nom Nom Nom!!
You could also can a batch of the sliced peaches too! Then you can enjoy them weeks later.
