On display at the Choo-Choo Hotel in downtown Chattanooga Tennessee is Smokey Mountain Railroad #201 a 2-6-0 Baldwin product. After serving on the SMRR this engine was placed on display along with SMRR 2-8-0 #108 at the entrance to the Rebel Railroad in Pigeon Forge, TN which would eventually grow into what is today Dollywood theme park.
In the 1970's when the hotel was being developed out of Chattanooga's abandoned passenger terminal the engine was brought here and put on display. The paint scheme is laughable at best and the locomotive like the rest of the hotel appears to be in a state of disrepair.
