So did a quick doodle for a short contest using the program Mischief. It's an cheap program (under $100). But really doesn't have the chops of some of the other programs (Like Sai which is at about the same price)
It is pressure sensitive for tablets, it does have some neat tools, but overall I think I'll be sticking with Sai on this one for when I'm not playing with photoshop.
