Oh God no. The elderly decrepit dragons tend to be the most dangerous ones. It's probably just a little baby wyrmling. The kobolds however are likely to be a clan of eldritch epic-level monstrosities.

This plan is pure genius. The epics get some easy target practice while the dragon gets left feeling like the world has nothing left that can contest him. This will make him complacent so that when the epics finally get around to confronting him, he'll think they're just another bunch of noobs and wind up slain in record time. Like I said. Pure genius. Or something like that. :P

Maybe if she loosened the corset, she would have enough spare oxygen for her brain that this wouldn't happen.
