Female Sigma Concept (Rainshocker Sigma/Misty Raine)
..Uuuh...huh. I accidentally Rule 63'd all over Sigma. Whoops. ¦D
I was trying to do another Anthro Sigma concept and it was starting to look a little too cute to me, but I decided to keep going with it and someway or another ended up turning him into a girl...or if anything, making a female character that looks very similar yet different from him. XD
Well, that works out due to two of my other characters and what I had planned for their revamps anyways, so this'll end up being one of the two.
At least she makes a decent anthro dragon. Pretty cute, too. <3
