Veroboard, really? If you've got this many boards to make, why don't you order some proper PCBs from a chinese PCB manufacturer? You can get them stupid-cheap these days, it will speed up production, reduce the footprint, and look a HELL of a lot better.

Step one: afford said boards. I know well I cant, even at $1 per square inch, most small batch places have a minimum of three boards, then theres the setup/processing fee of $30-$50, plus shipping.

I know I know. I need to get custom PCBs. I've already completed the artwork for them, and for 100 boards, they quoted me $227, which sounds about right. However, I rarely make more than four boards at a time, for which they quoted about $100. I was like, ouch! So I'm saving up to buy 100 boards at once. It will make production significantly faster.

On top of that, they quoted a lead time of two weeks. The customer paid to have these coils expedited, so I just can't afford to wait that long.
