Named for the Fever Sea, in which the Pathfinder adventure "Skulls and Shackles" takes place, within a specific region called the Shackles. Here's the character after about a month of learning how to be a pirate. Her kimono has been replaced with well-fitted (and fairly revealing, by her standards) pirate wench's garb and a splendid captain's waxcoat, and the reserved attitude of the daughter of a Tian (Japanese, essentially) noblewoman has been replaced with something between a jovial openness and a moderate aptitude for combat.
