The daughter of an insane female elven alchemist and a high-ranking male yaenit priest, Alizsah Moreau is her mother's life's work - the perfect fighter; the scion of her goddess. Strong, hardy and charismatic at the cost of her intelligence and sanity, Alizsah is wholly in service to the goddess Lamashtu - the Demon Queen, and the Mother of Monsters. Practically perpetually pregnant, the yaenit-descended priestess serves her cult as one of its many midwives and progenitors, using her skills in healing and her motherly, albeit lustful disposition for the good of her kind, to fulfill Lamashtu's wish of a world filled with the demons and mutants she so loves. Each scar on her distended, tainted belly represents a child she's had, and is shaped to look like a mutant made it by forcing itself out of her at birth.

Wielding a magical adamantine falchion fashioned in the likeness and name of her goddess and the bone-crushing jaws of a hyena, Alizsah always finds herself in the front line of a battle, unerring, unafraid, and merciless. While preferring to maim and incapacitate her enemies as opposed to outright killing them, her motives are questionable. Her people do practice human sacrifice, after all. Protected by her finely-crafted magic adamantine fullplate, with room left to allow for the expansion of her gravid belly, it's rare that an enemy has the competence to penetrate her hardened defenses, and even the spots that would seem most vulnerable are protected by her goddess as effectively as her armor.

For now, she works for the Pathfinder Society, taking advantage of their neutral disposition on good versus evil; learning their tactics of exploration, inquiry and research that will one day further the causes of her cult, and doing battle against the devils and other demon lords that Lamashtu constantly seeks to destroy. Given her mother is a Pathfinder as well, and generally the two are able to mask their insanity, the Venture Captains were willing to look past her clearly demonic attributes with a little greasing of the bureaucratic wheel and some convincing words. Her goddess' tenants include working together with one's groupmates, so while she does unnerve many a fellow adventurer, her willingness to help 'usually' calms their concerns. They tend more to complain more about her slow waddle and ravenous hunger than her allegiances, in the end.
