So for the longest time, I had been debating on whether or not to get rid of the Sapphire Dragon Studios studio name since I was concerned that it sounded juvenile, and professionally I just use my real name. However, during the conventions this year I'd occasionally go by my real name and just use my professional animator business cards. But those business cards aren't overly appropriate for conventions because they just link you to the website and general contact info - none of the social media because I wouldn't show a freelance client fan art.
After thinking on it, I've decided for now that I'm going to keep Sapphire Dragon Studios as a convention identity, and make a new business card with social media information and with a less SO SERIOUS vibe (but still try to keep it professional). Since my little Sapphire mascot hasn't been drawn recently, I figured I'd update her design. I made her a little pudgier, and I did have clothes on her but her stretchy body made her clothing seem ridiculously long, so I removed them. She's running freeeee free like the wind.
Now to make the business card!
