few years ago in some talk with friends we remembered Volchansk ("Wolf town" in translate), small but interesting town in Sverdlovsk region, and there was a joke about that i, being a wolf. should really go there!
And this summer i was there. We went to Volchansk to explore its tram system.
Volchansk have about 10k citizens, and it is the one of the smallest towns in the world, that have a tram.
