Dude I love the new WRX, I think it looks Awesome! I am, however, bumbed that they dropped the hatch variant for the WRX and STI. I would have gone for one, but I have a huge dog that I like to ride in the trunk area with a barrier, plus I mountain bike in areas where I need ground clearance to get to the trails on those rough dirt roads, so I went for an Outback. I will never buy another brand again, I love my Subaru. (02 Outback L.L. Bean H6 3.0)

Not happy that they didn't make a hatchback this time around and it's going to hurt them sales wise in the US since over half the sales of previous gen were hatches so right away they have alienated half the consumer base

Yeah, it just doesn't make any sense to drop it from the line like that, I read an article in motor trend that expressed their confusion for the cut. I am also bumbed because I love seeing the hatchbacks in Global Rallycross! They look awesome! But in GRC I highly doubt they care about the practicality of the hatch Haha!

i would have bought the hatch in a heartbeat over the sedan since i go to cons all the time and that would make packing easier at least. but with the sedan its so limited to what i can bring
