"The fire in the Yordle's heart never burns out!" - Super Galaxy Rumble
My personal favourite character in league of legends though he is dire need of health buff since he is one the biggest glass cannons in the game.
He is very good but requires skill, patience and luck.

Lightling isn't finished but its very difficult to undo actions in this app because there isn't one.
You just have to go back to your last save or change pencil, pastel or brush style then erase the mistakes on your recent paint actions.

I've been seeing people pick up rumble a lil more often than ever, I feel great to help n give tips to new rumble players or the ones who just want to test him.
He is one of the best champions to have in mid, late or even team fights.
Super reliant on items and needs 1 mag pen item and rylai's scepter otherwise he is useless for late game also his ult is super useful in combination with the harpoon n 100% overheated flame spitter.
My most common stragety is to lure or find enemies in jungles or narrow paths, bait them to follow or trap them with Rum's ultimate then chase n or if it was bait I return back to the enemy spaming Harpoon and Flamespitter which gives you a kill or few or even the rare pentakill.
I mostly get Triple or Quadrakills.

Yea I told them you were likely referring to EUW, though as far as I know they don't have an EUW account. Still was kind of a funny coincidence that I happen to browse FA as well and they're opening msg to me was you're husky from FA right?

I build a little bit different from you as I like to play risky, rushing liandry's with sorc boots and then going for deathcap. I managed to get my first penta with him recently and it felt great.

I've started playing this game 3 months ago and already got 200+ wins on this game.
Its been difficult for me to choose between 118 champions which one is good for my play style (at the time before gnar n azir)
I'm very daring with my picks since I prefer to pick champs that have good potential but aren't very popular among players, this way they can struggle to deal with fighting me
I focus on building other items first before finalizing them which gives me a more upper hand in getting more AP and health.
My first build goes Haunting Guise, Sorcerer's Boots, Rylai's Scepter, Its a common build you see alot.
Facing some tough ad champs and if they are well coordinated group I go for the Seeker's Armguard (with the passive farmed of course).
Liandry's Torment i normally don't get that item unless im stupidly well fed in early match especially since I ditch my top lane to push n babysit the mid or bot lane.
Even more fun when your jungler is shaco, xin, vi, lee sin, warwick or nautilus and they ward teleport you down to the bot lane.
Xin, Vi and lee are pretty chaotic brawlers to team up with.
Warwick's ult to me is the biggest support abillity in the game, it does tons of ad damage and holds the enemy down for nearly 5 seconds also if the enemy tries to flash after the ult, WW's Q can still hit them XD.
Shaco also Kha or rengar are fun suprise junglers to team up with because of their stealth n terror moves,
Amu and Naut are great junglers to because of their tank stats, it even makes turret diving more safer to do.
I've done and won a SR Team Builder match with rumble jungling (with the right skin to) He's ok kinda but he sacrifices his AP and his jungle clear time is less than good in early match.
Last thing I have to say is, the doran's shield from the start feels kind of useless since it only protects you from basic attacks, also it costs too much compared to the cloth armor also at level 2 I normally activate my shield and treat it like a focus attack or parry from Street Fighter 3 or 4. Its very easy for me to predict the animation or behaviour when my top lane player wants to attack me.
If my Jungler comes to my lane early (which happens sometimes) I equip my harpoon and focus on slowing the enemy down first, me and the jungler jump in for the kill or the jungler's accidental ks lol.
Rumble IMO is one of the best top laners in League also he is the best team fighter in mid or late game, especially in the jungle since most people can't use flash or go over, through trees because they have long CDs or just no skill to do it at all.
I've only got one Penta so far in league and its with Rumble.
This post is pretty long, so the last thing I can say on this post right now is that I recomend not using the Super Galaxy Rumble skin since it has collision problems, harpoons (Missiles) are slower, his flame thrower animation doesn't spread like the original model, His ultimate is very easy to see and easily avoided.
On the plus side his Flame thrower has extended true hit box range.
