This breathtaking piece was supposed to be something considerably simpler and mundane, but inspiration struck and I wasn't going to get in the way of that *smiles* The first piece I comissioned from Dragonlovers about 2 years ago was a space based scene to commemorate our little corporation/guild from EVE Online (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8483332/ ).


Rasta didn't work on it directly, but he did see all the reference material and help Natoli with perspectives to fit my crazy idea into something that was more workable :) At any rate, the imagery stuck and here is the result.


A little quiet time after a long day of paperwork, watching the sun rise over the local stellar body. Probably situated in my carrier (my favored capital ship which took several years of work to acquire) and just relaxing, contemplating vastness of the universe and the smallness of one's place in it.


Small however does not mean insignificant, and its the little things that make up the whole ;) We all have our place in the fabric of the universe, but be sure not to make the mistake of thinking it all revolves around us. One peek out of a window such as this should be enough to cure mots anyone of such a delusion I think *smiles*
