For anyone who's ever gotten far enough in Vindictus will recognize who this is. Possibly not by name, but by difficulty. What you probably won't remember is his background:

"Two guardians there were, who stood watch over the lair of the God of Time.
This is a story about Beokros, The Guardian of the West.

The humans are foolish.
Their ceaseless conflict ravaged the land.
Their reckless violence drawn from a lust for combat.
They fought battle they could not win.
Many of them died, and Beokros became disillusioned with the pointless war.

The war that humans could never win.
That horrible and one-sided battle shook the heavens to their very foundations.

The human's foolishness was pitiable.

At first glance, I thought he was Vicious. I thought he was Savage. He looks that way, honestly. But what really changed me was his mind.
