Since this free art giveaway is stated as an effort to improve, I'll give some useful comments to that end.
The lower body does not match the perspective of the upper body; this is most noticeable with the tail and the feet, which should be more flush with each other (assuming the otter is standing on flat ground). The left foot is actually closest to matching the perspective of the upper body.
Either the right arm is not big enough or the left arm is not small enough. For a slender otter, it's a safe bet to go with the latter. Also, the right upper arm is too long and the right forearm is too short. The upper back and the back of the neck do not "flow" into each other correctly. Perhaps draw the neck line back a bit while moving the upper back forward a bit. The pectoral muscles are too high for the shoulder line. There are also some details about the face that might benefit from a second look. I've prepared red-line suggestions:
