jazzfoxrules. My freshman suicune girl, Seijun. She's the daughter of the head priestess of the celebi shirne in Ilex Forest and thus is Johto born. She's a new transfer to the PCA and is special heavy hitter of Team Chinkonka.
Her name is also a slight pun on her species. It roughly translates into "Pure Water" playing off of Suicune's ability to purify water.

I see the 'antennae' now, the style of the eye looked very Unown-ish, though. And it would make sense given Suicune's position with Unown in the Crystal mythos. :P
