Maximos is the heir to the throne of Almaist by birth right. However an ancient custom is keeping him from taking his place on the throne. It is custom for an Archon of Almaist to be married before he takes rule. This is to ensure the royal bloodline has a chance for a new heir for the kingdom. Those that know Maximos would describe him as caring and level headed person. Everyone he has met would agree he would be a wonderful ruler. Though he is kind and easy going, he is not a push over. Being the next in line for the throne, Maximos is trained well in military manuevers and tactics. He is well trained with a triton as a personal weapon. He is also skilled in the art of water magics.
