I get asked this question a lot, heh
Cards around 180~210g/sm work best in my opinion... 160g/sm would probably work though it might be on the flimsy side.
If there are several types, pick one that suits your printer. Be careful with those with special coating meant for photos, some of those will flake off when cut and/or doesn't work well with glue.
