Yeah seeing the finished product really makes it deceptively simple, but the absurd amount of progress updates you showed us on the thread proved otherwise. Despite the missing cutie mark I certainly think it looks solid. Here's hoping you start doing more animation in the future!
I definitely have a newfound appreciation for folks who know HOW to animate now. There's all kinds of things I could have done to make this better (cutie mark, cape, better mane, leaves in background moving a bit), but I just plain didn't know how to go about some of them.
But I'm learning, and that's good!
