Glitch Circut is far from normal but that doesn't make him any less cool! If you met him just watch out for the enormous bear hugs! He talks to himself sometimes but most of the time is very social with just about anybody even Earth Trees! He can use his quirk to find out your deepest secrets but don't worry he'll keep them under lock and key and won't tell anyone. His pet buggy loves to fly around and collect flowers to eat in every garden in town. He loves to dress in wacky cloths and surprise everyone he meets. We don't exactly know why he's here but we do know he's here to stay!
